Molino Rossetto is the story of a family business that has been passed down for 7 generations. It all started when a countess left the miller ‘Rossetto’ to run a mill near a waterfall. Experience and hard work led the Rossetto family to establish itself in Pontelongo, in the province of Padua, on the left bank of the Bacchiglione river, the same place where today the business is managed by brothers Paolo and Chiara Rossetto. Thanks to the careful selection of raw materials and the meticulous care exercised at each stage of production, the use of cutting-edge technology, Molino Rossetto can guarantee a wide range of high quality products.
Its production includes traditional soft wheat and corn flours, other stone-ground cereal flours, as well as baking mixes and yeasts.
Nowadays Molino (focuses on) product differentiation with specific and innovative products such as strong flours, gluten-free flours and organic puffed cereals for breakfast and the rediscovery of grains for home milling.
