With restricted production, we produce super premium products aimed at the “gourmet” public. Today, our artisanal pasta is the result of a careful selection of the best raw materials, such as durum wheat, and the traditional process that has always belonged to the culinary culture of Torre Annunziata.
Every element of production – such as humidity and temperature – is managed with great attention and precision, thanks to our state-of-the-art machines. After bronze extrusion, the next step is very slow drying, which can last up to two days for some formats. This guarantees a product of highest quality.
