Our Master Pasta-makers knead, press and cold draw our pasta. This means at a temperature of maximum 25° celsius, as they know, this is the only way to preserve and keep its nutritional values and the proteins of our finest durum wheat, selected with wisdom and tradition to produce Pasta Alica.
After production phase, the slow drying process begins, still with low temperature.
Pasta Alica is then packaged to get to your table telling your palate our great care and passion for quality.
