Il Pumo Malvasia Sauvignon Blanc is a white wine from Salento, Italy, produced from the Malvasia Bianca and Sauvignon Blanc grape varieties. With a careful harvest during the weeks of August, the grapes are destemmed and gently pressed, followed by fermentation in stainless steel tanks at low temperatures to preserve freshness and aromas.
