Marulo is a family company, which aims to produce a very high-quality pasta that could be the expression of the Torre Annunziata tradition. With restricted production, we produce super premium products aimed at the “gourmet” public. Today, our artisanal pasta is the result of a careful selection of the best raw materials, such as durum wheat, and the traditional process that has always belonged to the culinary culture of Torre Annunziata.
Every element of production – such as humidity and temperature – is managed with great attention and precision, thanks to our state-of-the-art machines. After bronze extrusion, the next step is very slow drying, which can last up to two days for some formats. This guarantees a product of highest quality.
