Rigatoni is one of our durum wheat semolina pasta shape. The artisanal nature of our pasta does not allow to establish a cooking time. It is recommended to immerse each kg of pasta in 10 lt of water and check the cooking until the ideal one.

Today, our artisanal pasta is the result of a careful selection of the best raw materials, such as durum wheat, and the traditional process that has always belonged to the culinary culture of Torre Annunziata.

Every element of production – such as humidity and temperature – is managed with great attention and precision, thanks to our state-of-the-art machines. After bronze extrusion, the next step is very slow drying, which can last up to two days for some formats. This guarantees a product of highest quality.
